Privacy Policy | RealReach
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
Last Updated: August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RealReach Marketing, LLC, doing business as RealReach ("RealReach," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you interact with us, including through gorealreach.ai, floridainjurydirectory.com, and any related RealReach forms, landing pages, scheduling pages, chatbots, AI agents, directory services, phone lines, text messaging, email, and other communications (collectively, the "Services"). RealReach Marketing, LLC, doing business as RealReach, is the operator of the Services and the organization responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Where applicable privacy law uses the term "controller" or "business," RealReach acts in that capacity with respect to the personal information described here.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it;
  • Browser type and version, device type, operating system, and device identifiers;
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 10);
  • Website and analytics data, such as pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and session activity;
  • Advertising pixel data used for ad measurement and retargeting;
  • Visitor-identification technology, which may match website visits to individuals or businesses using data such as IP address and browsing behavior;
  • Referring and exit pages, and the website or source that directed you to us; and
  • General usage statistics, such as which pages, listings, or features are viewed or used.

We use this information to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Services, to measure marketing performance, and, where visitor-identification technology is used, to help us follow up with businesses and individuals who have shown interest in our services.

4. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you — through forms, chat, AI agents, phone calls, SMS, email, account creation, listing submissions, listing claims, and reviews;
  • Automatically — through cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, and visitor-identification technology, as described in Sections 3 and 10;
  • From third parties — such as directory partners, referral sources, publicly available business or professional information, and companies you have separately given consent to share your information with; and
  • From our clients or business customers — where you interact with a RealReach client's forms, chat, or AI agent that RealReach operates on that client's behalf.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for purposes such as:

  • Responding to your enquiries, appointment requests, and messages;
  • Operating and improving gorealreach.ai, floridainjurydirectory.com, and related Services;
  • Publishing, managing, and displaying business listings, listing claims, and reviews on Florida Injury Directory;
  • Routing and delivering directory enquiries to the attorney, medical provider, or business you selected (see Section 6);
  • Providing, training, and improving our AI agents, chatbots, and automated communication tools;
  • Sending service-related notifications, appointment reminders, and requested updates;
  • Marketing our services and the services of our clients, subject to your communication preferences and applicable opt-out rights;
  • Measuring and improving advertising performance;
  • Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
  • Complying with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations; and
  • Other purposes disclosed to you at the time information is collected, or with your consent.

6. Directory Enquiries & Sharing With Selected Businesses

Florida Injury Directory allows visitors to submit enquiries to attorneys, medical providers, and other businesses listed on the directory. When you submit a directory enquiry, the information you provide — such as your name, contact details, and message — is shared with the specific attorney, medical provider, or business you selected, so that they can respond to you directly. That business or provider is separately responsible for how it handles the information you send them, and we encourage you to review their own privacy practices.

Enquiry details are shared with the listed business or provider you have chosen as a normal and necessary part of operating the directory. This operational disclosure, made at your direction so that the business or provider can respond to you, is not a sale of personal information.

7. No Legal or Medical Advice; No Attorney-Client or Provider-Patient Relationship

Florida Injury Directory is an informational directory. Florida Injury Directory does not provide legal or medical advice, and use of the directory does not create an attorney-client relationship or a healthcare provider-patient relationship between you and RealReach, or between you and any attorney, medical provider, or business listed on the directory, unless and until that attorney, medical provider, or business separately agrees to represent or treat you. Submitting an enquiry through the directory is not a substitute for consulting a qualified attorney or medical professional about your specific situation.

RealReach is not a law firm, healthcare provider, or medical-record custodian, and RealReach does not represent or warrant that it is compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) or any similar healthcare privacy framework. Because general directory enquiry forms are not a secure channel intended for protected health information or privileged legal detail, please avoid submitting unnecessary confidential medical, legal, financial, or other sensitive information through a general enquiry form. If an attorney or provider you contact needs sensitive details to assist you, they will typically direct you to a more secure or appropriate channel.

8. How We Share Information

RealReach does not sell personal information, and we do not receive payment or other valuable consideration from third parties in exchange for personal information. There are, however, situations in which we operationally share personal information so that we can provide the Services and respond to your requests. These operational disclosures are not sales of personal information. We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers working on RealReach's behalf to help us operate the Services, such as hosting, communications, payment processing, scheduling, and analytics functions, who are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us;
  • A business, attorney, medical provider, or other directory participant that you specifically selected or contacted through a Florida Injury Directory enquiry, listing claim, or similar request, as described in Section 6;
  • Authorities or other parties where required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or respond to a valid legal process; and
  • Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We require service providers who handle personal information on our behalf to take appropriate measures to protect it and to use it only for the purposes we authorize.

9. SMS & Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from RealReach or Florida Injury Directory, we will use that number to send you the messages you requested, such as appointment reminders, follow-up communications, or requested updates.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to deliver messaging services. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also opt out or ask a question by contacting us using the details in Section 19.

10. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in and remember your preferences;
  • Understand how visitors use gorealreach.ai and floridainjurydirectory.com through analytics tools;
  • Measure and improve advertising performance through advertising pixels; and
  • Support visitor-identification technology used to recognize returning visitors and businesses.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where applicable, through any cookie preference tool available on the Services. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features. If you have questions about the cookies and similar technologies used on the Services, contact us using the details in Section 19.

11. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. We limit access to personal information to personnel and service providers who have a legitimate business need for it, and we require them to treat it confidentially. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, respond to your enquiries, maintain business listings and reviews, comply with our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
  • Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions (such as information we need to complete a service you requested, detect fraud, or comply with a legal obligation);
  • Opt out of marketing communications; and
  • Object to or restrict certain uses of your personal information.

See Section 16 for how to submit a request.

14. Additional Rights for U.S. State Residents

If you reside in California, Florida, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights under that state's law, which can include the right to know the categories and, where applicable, specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, our purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared for operational purposes; the right to request deletion or correction; and the right to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Because RealReach does not sell personal information, there is no sale to opt out of. We will not charge you a different price or provide a different level of service solely because you exercised a privacy right, except as permitted by law.

15. Additional Rights for International Users

If you are located in a jurisdiction where these rights apply, such as the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation or a similar framework, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing, including processing for direct marketing. Where these rights apply to you, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

16. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights described above, please contact us using the details in Section 19. To help us verify and respond to your request, please provide enough information to identify you (such as your name and the email or phone number associated with your enquiry) and a description of the request. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

17. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate parental or guardian consent, please contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete that information.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
